Frank and Karen Mills
After serving in the US and Africa, Frank and Karen are launching a new venture into Western Europe with Youth Ministry International partnering with Greater Europe Mission. In their 10th year with YMI, they are currently in language school living outside of Paris, France and have already begun training initiatives in two local churches south of Paris. Frank is also working with Romania to start a new training program there.
